Teams FC is a soccer skills training platform that connects players with coaches through:

• Interactive training challenges and exercises
• Video recording and submission of skill attempts
• Coach feedback and evaluation system
• Subscription-based training programs
• Communication tools for coaches, players, and parents
• Progress tracking and achievement systems

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Users under 18 require parental consent and supervision

3.2 User Roles

• Players: Individuals seeking soccer training and skill development
• Coaches: Licensed or qualified individuals providing training services
• Parents: Guardians of minor players with oversight responsibilities
• Organizations: Teams, clubs, or institutions managing multiple users

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Using the Service for legitimate soccer training purposes
• Providing constructive feedback and coaching guidance
• Sharing appropriate content related to training activities
• Communicating respectfully with other users

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

6.2 Coach Payments

• Coaches receive payments through Stripe Connect
• Platform fees are deducted from coach earnings
• Coaches are responsible for tax obligations on earnings
• Payment schedules and terms are subject to change

6.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

8. Safety and Child Protection

8.1 Minor Users

• Users under 18 must have parental consent and supervision

• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination
